Ouch indeed. Beautiful to watch but I can’t help wondering what kind of long term damage such extreme movement causes. 😦

I think it does cause long term damage and makes child birth more difficult than it already is just going by what I read about a famous ballerina… Everything has its price unfortunately – sigh-
