I didn’t intend to post again so soon. I’m always a little wary of boring you guys to tears but…I just found this review for Nabatea:
Imagine living on in a virtual world when you can no longer exist in the real one. Innerscape is such a world, and I thoroughly enjoyed escaping into it. Miira is a compelling and resourceful protagonist, not to mention relatable and likable. In this final book of the series, she must use what resources she has within the realm of Innerscape to uncover the mystery behind her love interest’s downfall. Crisp, evocative prose and impressive world-building make for a thoroughly engaging read.
Given how slack I’ve been on the marketing side, I really didn’t expect to generate much interest for Nabatea so this 5-star review was a very welcome surprise. I am now set for the day, maybe the whole week. lol
cheers

Fine review, congrats! I read the Innerscape series originally on kindle, then ordered the paperbacks. Still later on I read The Vintage Egg, and the Postcards. Good reading, all. T .I’m reading Miira again now, and find it just as fascinating as when I first read the digital version…although it different in some aspects.

-hugs- You have no idea how happy that makes me. And yes, I made a few very small changes to the beginning. I’m thrilled that you noticed. 🙂

I much prefer reading in a paper book because I like to be able to page back and forth to capture a detail that I missed or ignored early on. I especially like to detailed descriptions of people or places. I loved the description of the green dress Miira wore…did you change that description? Or did I just read more into it the first time I read it?

I like being able to page back and forth too, but my eyesight isn’t what it was so I now need the options of the Kindle to read comfortably – i.e. being able to resize the font.
No, the description of the dress hasn’t changed. I think your imagination filled in the gaps, which is one of the wonderful things about words vs images. It’s what every writer hopes for!
