specific breathing exercises recommended for those with Covid-19 infection,
posture exercises that coincidentally ‘open’ the chest area and may help with breathing.
Doctor learns from nursing staff
I keep using the word ‘may’ because there is no definitive evidence that any of this stuff will help with Covid-19. But…if something does no harm but may do some good, I believe it’s worth a try.

Yes, it is important we learn to breathe properly – I do some yoga exercise in the morning before I am off to work and one of the key things I do once done is do some deep breathing exercise, nothing more, nothing less. You will be surprised to see how many people don’t do proper breathing in, breathing out and then get so tensed up.
Hi BJ. I don’t do yoga, but I studied singing back in the distant past and still remember how to breathe from the diaphragm. Once you know how, it’s amazing the difference it makes. Thanks for popping in. π
Regards the first video, I canβt emphasise enough that you need to breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth, Meeks, it fills your lungs more. π€β€οΈπ€

I did some egg decorating with fondant and made a art deco roses cake which I will be posting shortly. It was a good day.

Yes! Thanks, Chris. I noticed that on the video myself. I suspect the nurse was sitting there frowning at that young doctor the entire time. π
