I thought Createspace was ‘cashing in it’s chips’ though … sometime in April? … if not, this is so cool! 😀

Not exactly. The CreateSpace e-store will be closing so after that, the Sales Percentage will be the standard Amazon one of 40% [the CS e-store used to offer 20% so authors got more back from each sale].
Amazon KDP is also offering a print option these days but it doesn’t allow authors to request a print proof at cost.
I’m going to print Vokhtah with Amazon very soon to see how the two compare.

Just a quick update. Found this great article providing a blow by blow comparison:
https://kindlepreneur.com/createspace-vs-kdp-print/
I’d say the two are neck and neck at the moment. KDP may draw ahead in the next 12 months though if they add some features CS can’t/won’t match.

Thanks so much! I’ve used CreateSpace for all of my print books and have been pleased with the results and with the support CreateSpace offers. I have downloaded a copy of your book and sharing the post as well. 🙂 Hope you get lots of downloads! xo

Thanks so much, Bette and it goes without saying that I’d really appreciate any feedback. If I’ve got something wrong, or even not quite right, please please let me know. This guide is aimed squarely at the beginner who doesn’t know anything. That’s why I don’t want to miss any of those all important first steps.
Thanks again. 🙂
