    Crime and criminals manage to use whatever technology is available. Stealing personal information with a computer virus is just using available technology to do what stealing an actual credit card would do low tech style.

    I remember visiting Ephesus in Turkey when I was a kid. There was an ancient carving that the guide said was an sign advertising a brothel. We wound up talking about how pornography, like other crime and suspect behavior, makes use of whatever is available.

    It’s the creativity of crime!
